If I take only one of the three capsules will it independently support the specific metabolic cycle?
Yes, a single cycle capsule can be supportive for the specific metabolic cycle it addresses. However, for optimal health benefits, we advise taking this supplement as advised on a regular basis to help support all three metabolic cycles during a 24-hour period which, in turn, will balance your body’s vital circadian rhythm. It is recommended that you take the M-CYCLE 1™ and M-CYCLE 2™ capsules as close as possible to the beginning of each cycle with food or water. The M-CYCLE 3™ capsule, which contains a low, yet effective amount of melatonin, can be taken at least 30 - 60 minutes before bedtime with water.*
Does Bodycloc replace my regular prescribed vitamins?
Bodycloc is not specifically designed to replace your regular regimen of daily supplements. Bodycloc is a supplement designed to provide timely, gentle support for your overall metabolism and circadian rhythm. Again, all ingredients are at low, but effective levels providing gentle optimization and can be combined with other vitamin regimens.
